UK Deliveries for PROPS (Only)
All shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing customers to select their preferred option. For deliveries within the UK, small parcels weighing up to 2 kg are shipped via Royal Mail, which typically offers a delivery timeframe of 1 to 5 days. Below are the Royal Mail prices and delivery estimates.
Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Royal Mail and may be subject to delays:
• Royal Mail 24: £ 5.45 (1-3 days)
• Royal Mail 48: £ 4.45 (2-5 days)
• Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £ 7.95 (1-2 days)
• Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £ 6.95 (2-4 days)
For orders exceeding 2kg, shipments will be dispatched using a courier service. We cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery caused by Royal Mail or the couriers. The delivery estimates provided by Royal Mail are not guaranteed and are intended as approximations. We kindly ask customers to keep this in mind when placing orders.
We assume complete responsibility for the processing and dispatch of orders within seven working days (excluding weekends). However, once the courier has taken possession of the consignments, we cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery beyond the Royal Mail estimates or any delays incurred by the courier.
Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail does not guarantee any delivery times or estimates. We cannot be liable for instances where Royal Mail does not meet estimated delivery times, provided that the order was dispatched promptly. Refunds will not be issued for late deliveries.
If no one is available at the delivery address to receive a parcel, and if the parcel is not collected, delivery is not rearranged, or if an incorrect address is provided, resulting in the parcel being returned to us at our expense, the return postage cost will be deducted from any refunds issued.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for redelivery or collection if they were unavailable during the original delivery attempt.Missing Parcels: If parcels are reported as delivered but are subsequently stolen from the customer’s property, the customer must report the theft to the police and provide us with a crime number.
